Refund Policy

DeskForm provides digital templates, planners, trackers, guides, and business systems that are delivered electronically.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products & Refund Eligibility

All DeskForm products are:

  • Digital products
  • Delivered electronically
  • Available for download shortly after purchase
  • Non-returnable

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Business systems
  • Client onboarding templates
  • Project and income trackers
  • Weekly planners
  • Business document templates
  • Checklists
  • Guides and instructional resources
  • Downloadable productivity tools

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are generally not available once access has been provided.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


2. Limited Refund Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations.

Non-Delivery

You were successfully charged but did not receive access to your purchased product.

Technical Issues

A verified technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing your purchased product, and DeskForm is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours after receiving notice.

To Request a Refund Review

You must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Provide any supporting information or screenshots if requested.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Incorrect email addresses entered during checkout
  • Device or software incompatibility
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Failure to follow download or access instructions
  • Spam, junk, or promotional email filtering
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Purchasing the wrong product
  • Failure to review the product description before purchasing

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 24 hours of the duplicate transaction.

Where verified, DeskForm may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.


4. Unauthorised Transactions

If you believe your payment method has been used without your authorisation, please contact us immediately.

We may request additional verification before reviewing your claim.


5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, we ask that you contact DeskForm first so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Submitting a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Suspension of access to purchased products
  • Restriction from future purchases
  • Submission of relevant transaction and access records to the payment provider during the dispute process

DeskForm reserves the right to challenge any chargeback that is believed to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this Refund Policy.


6. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
  • Any non-refundable processing fees permitted by applicable law may be deducted where appropriate.
