Digital Delivery Policy

DeskForm provides digital business systems, templates, planners, trackers, and organisational resources exclusively through electronic delivery.
We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical products.
1. Digital Delivery Only
All DeskForm products are delivered electronically.
DeskForm does not:
- Ship physical goods
- Offer courier or postal delivery services
- Issue shipping or tracking numbers
- Require a shipping address for digital product access
Every purchase is fulfilled through secure digital delivery.
2. Product Access & Delivery
Following successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased product through one or more of the following delivery methods:
- Download links
- Order confirmation page
- Email delivery
- Secure customer download page
Most digital products are available immediately after payment confirmation.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 15 minutes due to payment processing or email provider delays.
3. If You Do Not Receive Your Product
If you have not received your purchase within 15 minutes, please:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
- Confirm that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
- Allow a little extra time for temporary processing or email delivery delays.
If you are still unable to access your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

4. Incorrect Email Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout.
If you entered an incorrect email address:
- Contact us as soon as possible.
- Provide your order number or proof of purchase.
- Provide the correct email address.
Once your purchase has been verified, we will make reasonable efforts to resend your digital product.
DeskForm cannot guarantee successful delivery where incorrect customer information has been provided.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing from DeskForm, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:
- Downloading and securely storing your purchased files.
- Maintaining access to the email address used during checkout.
- Ensuring your device supports the required file formats.
- Maintaining a stable internet connection for downloading your products.
DeskForm is not responsible for:
- Device compatibility issues
- Loss or deletion of downloaded files by the customer
- Internet service interruptions
- Email provider delays or spam filtering
- Third-party software or application limitations
6. Refunds
Because our products are delivered digitally and may be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
